it's only been on for 30 mins and its better than the VMA's

So far I am enjoying the show. I was thirsty for music after the VMA's. I think Rihanna turned it out. Very good performance. I enjoyed Beyonce, and I loved Fergie with Debbie. PS: Debbie looks great. Who's her surgeon?

Not too many people should touch a Madonna song as amazing as that -- but Rhianna killed it (as expected).

That girl just dazzles me. She is understated and yet still passionate in her performances. That's hard to do.

Case in point: Beyonce. So over the top. That song was perfect execution but no gut, heart, or soul.

I don't think she gets it. She sucks the marrow out of a song. It's not about the vocal theatrics ... it's about the heart and the quiet emotional nuances. Etta James renders "At Last" better than anyone.

I never want to hear Beyonce's version again.

Well, except Mariah who only sang the last few bars of her song live.

Rihanna and Meily were doing some kind of routine together, i mean mariah's squeek and her mouth didn't move at all.
Keisha sounded terrible, same with ashanti, and that blond women.
Marry was the best. Beyonce was alright, fergie was cute.

i forgot to add, mary has a NICE body. I didn't know she got it like that. she looked very nice.
