What Orgers Own Naked? I think this album is completely underrated, especially since it has such great songs as "Blind", "Nothing But Flowers" and "The Democratic Circus". Anyone else love this oft-ignored Talking Heads swan song?

i'm very ashamed to say that i only own a Talking Heads compilation and I got it from iTunes.
However...'Nothing but Flowers' is one of my favorites and once i'm in the financial position to further my musical collection i will be checking this one out.

Love it, but then there isn't hardly anything which involves David Byrne that I don't like.....

I still have my vinyl copy buried away somewhere. I don't think I've listened to it since the year it was released. I remember liking Facts of Life, but otherwise I honestly can't recall anything from the record besides Nothing But Flowers.

I've been told on occasion that, sometimes, when my clothes are off,

own them all via the Brick.... dvd-audio 5.1 mix Jerry Harrison.
This album does tend to go overlooked but Nothing but Flowers and the track sax and violins which I think was recorded in these sessions are wonderful. Music is the best...

Little Creatures is one of my favorites, but it may because it was the first one I got into. True Stories is definitely their worst though. I liked Naked's singles, but my memory of it as a whole is a bit squishy, and that it felt more like a Byrne solo album. I'll drag it out and give another listen, though.

Little Creatures was to them what Out of Time was to REM "We've never been able to pull off a funk number"
"That's becuase we're soulless auttomatons"

"(Nothing But) Flowers" is one my all-time favourite songs. I identify with the lyric.
I was working in a record store when this album came out and we used to play the CD all the time. Yeah, underrated record. Seem to recall liking "Mr. Jones".
