I think this might be my favorite Madonna song ever! It's beautiful and the video is breathtaking as well. I don't think i've ever seen Madonna more vulnerable than she was in the video. I adore everything about "Take A Bow". "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

Yes, this is in my top 10 faves BUT I prefer the Steve "Silk" Hurley remix. I like the quiet storm R&B flava to it. Whoops LOL. I never botehred checking the video. Just remembered how boring the song was. Little surprise its babyface then, considering he was even more MOR the the aformentioned Foster by this time. MOR is fine, but I dont like "take a bow".

I prefer the more R&B version, but I still like the original for the sentiment or emotion it evokes.

it's one of my favorites too. I can only listen to it once in a great while, because something about it makes me want to cry when I listen to it.

I'm more into her dance songs, but I'll admit that it's a great ballad. But I like You'll See more since it's more dramatic.

It's one of my favorite Madonna songs, possibly my favorite Madonna ballad. It's one of those songs that I have put on repeat when it comes on my iPod. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Sometimes when I listen to the 'Bedtime Stories' CD,I skip "Take A Bow" (even though I love it). It's such a sad song and it ends the album on a somber note.I don't like to be all depressed at the end of an album!

Love Makes The World Go Round does the same to True Blue for me seriously, though, a few of her albums end on somewhat somber notes. BS, ROL, M, AL... HC, even. actually most of the more recent ones, i guess.

American Life ending with Easy Ride makes me very emotional and sad.

Oh I love this song and video! One of those many songs I kind of grew up with. I remember watching the video on VH1, a bit emberassed about some of the scenes, but still mesmerized by the beauty of the video and song.
