I saw this thread the other day and just had to respond. I haven't listened to the album in quite some time - and agree that it's underrated, definitely. It's one of those albums that, when I do listen to it, REALLY surprises me as to how good it is. Not the one album I would immediately go for, but one that reveals its' charms discreetly.


Anx, on a side-note, I don't know what you think of the following songs, but I have been playing the HELL out of 'Popsicle', 'Lifetime Piling Up', 'Gangster Of Love' and 'Sax And Violins' recently. Why the hell wasn't 'Popsicle' put on the 'Speaking In Tongues' reissue?? Crazy!
