Mel C says she's pregnant, will be last of ex-Spice Girls to be a mom at 9:37 on August 22, 2008, EDT.
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS LONDON - Singer Melanie Chisholm says she is pregnant, which will make her the last of the former Spice Girls to become a mother. The 34-year-old singer known as "Sporty Spice" in the British pop group announced the news Friday on her website. She is often referred to as "Mel C." She says the baby's father is Thomas Starr, her partner for six years.
