I didn't say she wasn't tacky, cuz that stuff with Meth's wife was way off limits. BUT she is not ALWAYS lying, exaggerating for effect, sure. But I KNOW a lot of the stuff she says is 100% fact.

Regardless of what Wendy says, MOST celebs spend a whole lotta time using the media to sell/promote their false image, dumb products, whack albums, sorry ass movies, etc. They use and trade on their private lives like it's a commodity, inviting the press and the public into their bedrooms and private lives depicting them as camera ready perfection and trying to make the rest of us think something's lacking in our own lives. When in truth, their mansions are built on sand, and the image is airbrushed to death. That, and all kinds of, hypocrisy make me sick.

So why get all up in arms when somebody calls these celebs and public figures for the hot messes that they REALLY are? If they didn't open the door people like Wendy wouldn't have much to say. And no matter what people say I like that there's someone calling them on their shit instead of pandering to 'em like most media outlets do. These celebs can't have it both ways.

True, and I wouldn't say I'm some huge fan but I do like her and can totally understand why others wouldn't. But calling her "a waste of human flesh" is a bit much passion for someone you don't know and doesn't impact your life directly.

Anyways, a former female employee is suing the husband for sexual harrassment and apparently a lot of past employees are jumping on the bandwagon. I've heard a lot of bad things about her husband. But I think she addressed it at first but because it's in litigation she can't say anything else. Like I said, she's a hot mess too. But from what I've seen these last few weeks, she's just as critical of herself and laughs at herself just as hard as she does at others.

The bolded statement is why I am a fan of Wendy's. She sees, knows and acknowleges that she's a mess. That's cool with me.

I think that seeing her interact with her guests and a live audience as opposed to just hearing her on the radio really improved her image. She actually comes across as very sweet yet direct. I think all of her guests, except Omarosa, had a very positive experience. I loved seeing her with Vanessa Williams and her mother this week. Another thing I learned is that Wendy is actually "traditional" in a lot of ways. I wasn't expecting that. This show definitely made her a multi-dimensional and likeable person in a way her radio show never could.

Absolutely. Wendy comes across like a long-time friend. She's gotten better with the show with each episode and I like her interview with her guest. I remember when the Omarosa thing was hot and people were saying that Wendy got hers. I watched it and I was like, "She did?" Wendy did what a TV host is supposed to do, she was let Omarosa go off without acting the fool with her and then at the end she said "Thank you for coming to MY show" I already respected her but my respect went through the roof with that. That one part made Omarosa look like the rat that she is. Wendy's stepped up her game with TV and I'm having fun watching it. When she comes back, I'm getting tickets to the show. Thank God it won't be hard to get to.
