So I walked over to him slowly

But this could be my only
Shot at a tenderoni

lol

Look @ future 'producer' Polow Da Don playing the leading male interest with his s-curl. His then group, Jim Crow, and ATLian Sleepy Brown have cameos in the video too.
Let's have a Menage a Trois!

it was just a good time

Sounds like my old high school. lol

I loved that cassingle. There was a B-side on there I believe called "Bass Dealer." I used to constantly bump that cassingle on my AIWA stereo turning it from side A to B to A to B.

I bought the Rhythm & Quad Vol. 166 compilation based on the strength of "Shorty." Another joint on there used to be "Player Can't You See" by the A-Town Players.

and bought me an AIWA stereo then wink

watching this video again
just made me spit my juice out lol

I know this is a common "video effect" & all
but why in the club scenes the table/booth
that the featured artist is at is always illuminated ROTFL
I know it's mainly so we can see what they are doing

but in a real nightclub it be dark as hell ROTFL
it made me laugh though because my friends & I
when we used to go out on a regular basis
and when our favorite spot was still in business
we would always sit at this table/bar thing
that had a budweiser light above it
(or find us an illuminated area)
and we swore we was in a music video
or a movie or something lol
(i.e. Belly, State Property)
OMG... we were ridiculous LOL

:hi5: nod I think I got mine from Circuit City or some big box store like that. It had the "Bass Booster" technology. Used to turn it all the way up to 10 b/c it was required, feel me? *_____*

Yeah, you might wanna check out that comp. "Swing My Way" was the lead promotional single for that album. Lots of chunky, deep Southern bass and quad on it. It was a much darker-sounding, masculine-leaning strip club album, if you will.

That was my SONNNNGGG when I was a young teenager. Jam & Lewis produced it, so it's like a Janet track sonically. I dubbed the video off TRL just to learn the choreography.

Are you talking about "Summertime"? Haven't been checking for it like that, but they are looking grown and sexy in that video.
