Has anybody heard this album from Louis Johnson? Keen to know what it's like.

I'm a big Louis Johnson fan, but I gotta admit, I haven't even heard of this particular album lol

When was it released?

I've heard it--came out around '85, or so....I'm not crazy about most of it, lots of static electronic drum, programmed stuff---it' s a lot like the Brothers Johnson album, Kickin ('88) the emphasis is on trying to sound like what was on the radio at the time, with all the DX7keys and drum machine stuff---

all that aside, there is a slow track on "Evolution" that I really like, called "I wanna Take You Away" and it has a more organic feel---acoustic guitar and electric bass driven...I wish the rest of the album was as nice as that track.....
