Anyone who liked the last one should pick this one up too. Sure, it gets a little close to "jock jams" medleys at times, but how can anyone really resist Old Dirty Bastard rapping over Yo La Tengo's "Autumn Sweater"

this is a great gym album! i downloaded the mp3 and i'm waiting to get the physical CD in the mail. i agree, sometimes the party rap stuff is a little much, but the strange bedfellows he puts together in his mashups are extremely inspired on this. i think it's a hoot. i REALLY wish i could have shaken my butt at his lollapalooza set this month!
