It doesn't get any funkier than this! Some of y'all turned in to my last radio show here in Richmond, VA, when I played two hours of early 1990s Acid Jazz. Now I want to hip you to the next thing.
Tomorrow, Sunday (August 10th), I'm back on with a two-hour-set of rare Soul and Funk tunes -- all 45s, all originals, no jive, no re-issues, no CDs, no LPs, no mp3s! This is the real deal, tracks that you don't get to hear often. We'll post the setlist while I play, so if you need some inspiration for your weekend vinyl digs, this will be the right one! Showtime on "Mellow Madness" 97.3fm W-RIR Richmond is 1 to 3 p.m. EST - that's 10 am in L.A., 8 p.m. in London and 9 p.m. in central Europe. Livestream on www.wrir.org

That's a great record, especially the b-side. But ... I'll probably play some less known tracks, and most of them haven't been released on any albums. That's the whole idea.
