I don't know if this is the right group to post this, but i want to get some classic 60's, 70's and 80's rock. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This question is very broad, but the most obvious answers are maybe

Beatles--White Album, Abbey Road
Led Zeppelin--Physical Grafitti, IV
Jimi Hendrix--Are You Experienced, Electric Ladyland
Rolling Stones--Sticky Fingers, Let It Bleed
Pink Floyd--Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here

I guess I should have said who do you recommend me listening to? Artists and particular albums.

I would add Led Zeppelin "Houses Of teh Holy", which is just funky and great.

AC/DC-Back In Black
Heart-Little Queen
David Bowie-Ziggy Stardust, Scary Monsters and Super Creeps (the latter borders more on new wave, but is great)
