...Yah Mo Be There. Unfortunately I couldn't locate the original studio version. You can still occasionally hear the 808 clap on the and-of-2.

LOL What! I never heard the remix. I wish I hadn't. The original is one of the best songs R. Kelly gave away, but that... isn't.

...Remember the MidiBass? When Linn when out of business they (along with their Dad) bought all the remaining inventory and started Forat Electronics. Ben asked if he could borrow my TR-808 to use as a template for one of their first samplers. They kept it so long we eventually made a deal for a Linn Drum.
At the time I was trying to make Rock demos with the 808...
