U2: Who copped the remastered Boy/October/War CDs?

And how come I only saw the single disc remasters with no bonus tracks. Aren't they supposed to be double-disc offerings?

I've seen them as double disc box sets. I'm not that big a fan but I got the deluxe Joshua Tree with the Paris DVD for a really good price.
