Don Henley - "Boys of Summer" 
Building the Perfect Beast (1984) This was the first of five singles from the album and went on to peak at #5 on the Hot 100. It's my favorite of his singles and also one of the best videos of its era. I didn't realize until reading up on the song at allmusic that it was co-written by Mike Campbell of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. | |
