Oh and purplehippie, if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for this lot?

Well Iceland is a very expensive country in general so the price of the records is reflected in that.....

Iceland!? Well, you'll melt some ice with those hot jams you just bought.

lol That's true. I was lucky getting those Prince records because I had been to that record market a few times before and the dude who runs the market noticed I had bought a lot of Prince stuff before and he mentioned some time ago that he had a big collection of Prince related stuff in his basement and he even gave me his number and invited me over to his place to browse through his collection.
I wasn't too sure about going over to his place so I just said I'd think about it.
But when I was buying the Donna Summer album last Sunday at a record market next to his he quickly came over to me and said: "look here, I've got something for ya if you've got money to spend".... and he pulled out a big pile of Prince and Rick James albums and singles! I was almost literally drooling. lol
I picked the ones I was most interested in and skipped a bunch that I didn't want to buy (at least not yet) like the Partyman 12" and Morris Day's first solo album. I'm really really satisfied with this shopping trip but I do have a few ass-shakers coming probably in this week to my home via Ebay (Laid Back's White Horse 12" and Donna Summer's Hot Stuff 12" and 5 other LPs that are not really ass-shakers but good records nonetheless). After this batch arrives I think I'll take a break from record-buying, at least for a month or two. Records in good condition don't come cheap these days!
