having said that, looking too thin and unhealthy does not mean you ARE
sick or unhealthy. in many instances the opposite is true. we all know
that she knows how to take care of herself and is an avid workout freak
and eats healthy.

it might be a case of taking excercise and "healthy" living too far but
that doesn't mean she's sick or harming herself.

the contrast in this pic is probably double hard because she is in it
with lourdes who starts to look more and more like the young, vibrant
and shiny madonna from the early 80's

It looks like she's had a facelift because her skin looks smooth, it's just she has no make up on and she's so sickly thin looking. Being that thin is fine when you're young but it starts to make you look haggard in older age. But yeah wtf is up with her left arm?

The only thing that really stands out to me is the bizarre pout that her cheeks and lips are forming. It's similar to Joceyln Wildenstein at its worst but a few other celebs I've noticed when their work hasn't quite settled in yet. Her arms are crazy but there alot of women who have veiny hands and arms especially when they have low body fat.

In the second pic she doesn't look bad at all. Maybe she didn't want to be Madonna the pop star and icon. Maybe she just wanted to be Lourdes's mom. So that's my caption.

She looks really old to me.but not necessarily sick. There's something to be said for diet and exercise in keeping one's body fit, but some people are blessed with better genetics than others. There are some people who turn 50 start to age gracefully, some who are blessed to look nearly half their age when they turn 50, and others who begin to age rapidly when they turn 50. I know that Madonna is a huge health and exercise nut, but she may be just one of those women who will age rapidly.

As for her arms, they look very veiny, but she probably works out a lot and keeps her body fat ratio at some type of level that training bodybuilders keep it at before a match. If she just ate a little bit more, she'd probably look just fine.

That is not a photo shop. That's a woman who has had surgery done on her face, is weary from years of strain and her diet is taking a toll on her. I've never seen women be it ANY RACE look like this unless they were over 60 or 70 or something.

It doesn't even look like her! Looks like she had Plastic Surgery that went wrong. I hope not.

This is the first picture of Madonna looking terrible I have seen. She normally photographs really well. Maybe because she has reched 50, she might be thinking - why bother! Don't let yourself go love, c'mon and make an effort. Can you believe that she's not wearing any make-up? Dog rough. I would not let my daughter be seen with a moustache. Somebody buy her some facial hair removing cream. She's pretty and it spoils her face.
