Early Parliament/Funkadelic (or whatever they were called at this time) footage!



This is from 1969, but at that time, Funkadelic nor Parliament had released a record. So this has to be The Parliaments who did (I Wanna) Testify in '67.

This if from "Say Brother" a PBS show from Boston. I stated another thread about this when I was unable to locate the footage but I see someone has put it back up. This is a incredible performance.
