There can't be universal praise of anything on this earth. It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. For instance, my brother originally hated Destiny's Child and Pink a lot (even more than me). However, he and his friend have warmed up to them, so I have to carry the weight of extra hate for them- and that's a LOT of hate.
The Beatles RULE! I know a lot of people who hate on them tho'. The Beatles rule my hate list.

Kylie deserves more respect than you obviously realise. She has been recording since 1987, was part of the Hit Factory - the Motown of the Hi-NRG moment, Stock, Aitken & Waterman - It's Holland Dozier Holland for the 80s. She was the equivalent of Diana Ross for them. After 4 albums, she branched out and experimented with her music on two further albums, the second was her finest, but was not a commercial success, since it was too big of a leap for the public to adjust to, with concerns to her beginnings in Hi-NRG Pop. She then came back in 2000 with Light Years, and last year with Fever which made her a name in the USA, after being a huge name everywhere else for 15 years. --------------------

is severely under rated you know it! i saw barry in '99 and let me tell you this: the man is one fine entertainer! everyone in the place was standing up the whole time, and it was a non-stop hit parade. barry was in terrific voice. he effortlessly delivered the goods. barry manilow is...pretty darn good. 'mandy'=pop perfection, 'nuff said. Stand at the crossroads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths...(Jeremiah 6:16) www.ancientfaithradio.com

the music business. Why?Because she cannot sing. She's an okay actress, but she don't deserve $20 million for every picture. She's a great dancer,I'll give her that.I miss her as a fly girl. I love R&B music and I don't appreciate her calling herself a singer when she can't hit a high note. Amen, honey! I agree what you said about artists calling themselves singers, when they can't sing, but that's what pop stars do and the media feeds into it. They've redefined its meaning, or are just confused, but they won't confused me, know what I mean! But also, if that's the case, you must hate about 90%-95% of other artists who are so much like her, or used to be like her...I mean, so why single her out??? Apparently, Michael Jackson... Go to it, Mistermaxxx My real answer: Whitney Houston. AMAZING voice but cheesy as all fuck, can't stand her personality (the bit of it she presents publicly)
