Lol.....I have all of his work, that's 75% of his material. There isn't a 187 reference in any of the song titles from Pac's first 5 albums. The word "n***a" only appear in a few of the song titles in those same 5 albums. The song lyrics themselves is a totally different argument.

Agreed. Rakim and KRS-One are set in stone (no pun intended). For power and flow, I'd add Chuck D and, hmm... Q-Tip. For 2Pac vs. Biggie, I'll take Biggie each and every time, thanks. I liked early 2Pac ("If My Homie Calls," "I Get Around"), but I couldn't stand him as the poster boy for the West (especially since his ass was from NY ). Both were overrated. Pac was the better lyricist, Biggie had better songs.

How about... Rakim or Big Daddy Kane? Overweight rappers: Chubb Rock or Heavy D? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It comes down to this for me: Pac had more intelligent lyrics but Biggie had the better flow and better musical backdrop (thanks to Puffy and others), so in my book, Biggie wins. Biggie could be rapping about some really stupid shit but his delivery was always cool which really made his tracks stand out for me back in the day.
