That was yesterday already. She sounded bad, her voice is shot. She looked high for the first set, but for the finale she looked slightly more sober and was dancing (you know how she's always doing the jerk) while surrounded by the kiddie choir for "Free Mandela".

She said in a recent interview that when she went to rehab she just did drugs the whole time.

I'm really starting to despise this woman, she's a disgusting disgrace.

People wanna talk about hip hop at Glastonbury being wrong, why is Amy Winehouse allowed to be there?

What people need to do is:

Strap her down and lock her in the room somewhere

When she's in that room, turn the temperature up so all them damn drugs sweat themselves out

and maybe turn on the Graffiti Bridge DVD so she can see what a bad drug trip can REALLY result in confused

To think, people were dissing Natalie Cole's comments about this woman. I don't think Natalie was this fucked up. Maybe she was and it wasn't as public, but still, it's hard for me to feel any sympathy or respect for Amy. I wouldn't fuck up a chance like that. Some of us work our whole lives for it and never get it

The main problem is that she was given too much credit for nothing. I mean can we all stop handing out praise and the keys to the kingdom to unproven artists. OK she had an album or 2, and it was different (though not really) and she has talent, but this praise as if she was the second coming and things like that were all just too much. The next time she has a fight or an incident how about NOT REPORTING it, maybe the mere fact that every move this person makes is talked about is an issue. OK shes a junkie, plain and simple, but stop babying her, let her crash. Look at what happend to Robert Downey Jr. he couldnt stop and then all of a sudden he did time in jail (a real jail) and that was it, clean and sober and now married with a kid and on top of the movie scene.

Rehabs are basically bullshit, they are used to baby the person, sometimes they need a life changing experience, though this is a health issue, jail worked for Downey Jr, mainly because it was a real jail and he did TIME, not three days, maybe its time for that for amy, maybe she needs to do a year with murderers.

I saw an interview on Access Hollywood with the Rolling Stone reporter who interviewed Amy Winehouse who basically said that she was depressed because her crackhead husband was in jail and that most of the time she doesn't fell like living. So in essence, Amy is on a slow-motion suicidal path, but she's just using drugs to kill herself,.

sad typing

Sadly, I don't think she'll be able to record another record if she keeps this up... Her career is destroyed.

Here are some pictures that have been floating around:

Here's the video (kinda disturbing, ya'll)

Luckily for her, her family convinced her to get better because she had a young son. Amy isn't that lucky.

don't lump all rehabs into that category. there is clinical, behaviour modefication, communal and various others that combine traits of all three. as someone who's gone to rehab they aren't all walks in the park.

Celebrity ones ARE. They all cater to the celeb, the people running them are more like fans, thats why they never work for them in the last decade. There is too much concern now on "whos going in, whos coming out of one" its like a big photo op.

the most successful rehabs have a 80% graduation rate wtih only 30% of those still being sober 5 years later. addiction is not an easy battle.

But again to seperate, celebrities in a rehab and regular people. The treatment, the catering to them and their needs, photo ops, i mean can we forget Lindsay Lohan calling a photo conference in the lobby with her doctor in the background, this is more of what im talking about. I know all too well the addiction battle, so im not saying like that, im calling out the "celebrity treatment" now for what it is, and what it used to be. Robert Downey did a year in jail (a real jail, with killers) and Robert never hurt anyone but himself, and now you have celebs that do hurt people or at least are in a position to hurt others, drunk driving being one, and they NEVER do a day in jail, when honestly they should.

they have to be caught, and go through the court system. which tends to favor celebrity.
