Great singer/songwriter and his personal issues don't have anything to do with his talent. People are so dang hypocritical 'round here. If that's the case, then NONE of the legendary R&B/soul singers would be worthy of our judgmental appreciation. Well said. Eric Benet is a talented dude. His best musical moments are as good as R&B gets in my opinion. I would love to see him ditch the David Foster over-produced stuff and stick to that George Nash Jr., James Poyser, jazzy-funk. He has perfect pitch AND soul. The male equivalent of Chante Moore. | |
