Rolling Stone: "Up All Night With Amy Winehouse"

I just got done reading this...I guess you'd call it an "interview"...on Rolling Stone's web site:

http://www.rollingstone.c..._winehouse

What a depressing story. It seems redundant anymore to offer more proof that Amy Winehouse has lost her soul to her addictions, but it's just unfathomable to imagine getting to the state she's in during the time this article was written (earlier this month).

A good read, but really sad. disbelief

This kid needs to be institutionalized. She is so far gone out of her head it's not even funny.

"He thought I looked pretty.." as a response to why her husband films her cracked out of her skull...? The chanting of his name?

Good grief. neutral

Has anyone here had access to the article from MOJO magazine that was written maybe late last year, early this year that was a night on tour with Winehouse? it was harrowing, it's when she was still on heroin. This is a person that is clearly with psycological problems and has moved from attempts to self-medicate into full blown, life-sapping addiction and dementia. When she dies it's won't be any less her own fault than all those vulturous people around more concerned about her being a meal ticket than wanting her to get better and get her mind back. Anyway, i can't find the mojo article but it's a very telling read.

Was it really necessary for the writer to mention the private pictures she saw (I don't want to mention it directly in case others are going to read it)? confused I don't think we needed that level of detail.

Yeah, that was pretty stupid to include. It kinda compromised the "concerned and compassionate" vibe the writer was flirting with.

...home is in disastrous disarray: Discarded bags of potato chips, crumpled nuggets of tinfoil, beer bottles, lingerie boxes and scattered old credit cards tell of a long night that hasn't ended in weeks, maybe months.

This sentence could have been about me. redface

THANK YOU.

Amazing where???

There was absolutely NOTHING amazing about that performance. It was pathetic more than anything, she's completely fucked up and her voice sounds like utter shite,

...and THIS is coming from a person who's still riding for Amy Winehouse.

It's time for her mother to lock her up a la Natalie Cole style, seriously.
