Any public display of profanity in a racially-charged incident is more than just cause to bring a regular officer up on charges of misconduct. Off-duty officers still have to accountable for their behavior. What if the deputy sheriff from down the block stood outside a citizen's house yelling profanities and rapping nonsense? test | |
