Are you implying that The Eagles can't be funky? That's one of the best bass lines in music, who could they have stolen that from other than Funkadelic, and I know they didn't steal it fro them. Jeux Sans Frontiers

Reminds me of Pat Benetar's 'Precious Time.' I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

It does have a Funkadelic vibe but the difference would have been it would have had waaaay more rock than The Eagles. I dig this track by them. It's not much that I don't like by The Eagles. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."
nammie "What BGZ says I believe. I have the biggest crush on him." http://ccoshea19.googlepa...ssanctuary http://ccoshea19.googlepages.com

Same here. I expect 'Long Road Out of Eden'to get a best album nod at the Grammy's. It wasn't released in time to eligible last year but the first single was. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

To me it sound's like that Genesis song, I think is called, "I don't care anymore"...I don't know if that is the correct title, but it is the one where Phil sings, "I don't care anymore...no, no, no, no....while this bassline plays. Does anybody know what song I am talking about? "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"
