PrintableI hear ya...But its all about the intended usage..I normally listen to music on my computer these days or while running/exercising...

Im cool ! I hate Flac... They are like WAV files to me.... If its some dirty old Bootleg I think 192-320 Kbps is totally acceptable !  yeah for crap recordings its fine. To me you can tell the difference, in a flac file if its a good quality recording you can hear the air being vibrated from the instrument/vocal cords. and still stand by it that u can remove the gasp using nero and clicking that button that will eliminate the gaps. 
but if u have a crappy stero system, of course the sound is going 2 sound terrible, and it also depends on the recording of the music ur trying 2 get regardless of flac, loseless etc ..if it's shit 2 begin with, it's gonna b shit afterwards man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |

I like the concept of sharing unreleased recordings and live concerts, but official releases that people can buy in the stores, is a no go for me.
However, I also don't do it due to worrying about virus/hijacking of my computer. I did however have a good friend get me the A/B Road Beatles set of 83 cd's of the Let it Be sessions.... awesome! Music is the best... | |
