A few promo ep's were sent out, But maybe one day there will be an official, full release of all the tracks....

I forgot, Q-tip had actually been taking piano lessons from Weldon Irvine about a year before he passed....

I forgot, Q-tip had actually been taking piano lessons from Weldon Irvine about a year before he passed....

Common, the Roots and James Poyser too nod If I'm not mistaken hmmm

And correct me if I'm wrong, didn't they ALL(along with Weldon) were on the process of recording the protest song against the killing of that African brother(4got his name, the one who died by the hands of NYPD).

Something like that.

Yup, for Amadou Diallo...they did record it, (I never got my hands on a copy, though) I think there's info on it on Don Blackman's web site...

I wonder why this never got released, I mean, there arefar worse albums out there that did get a release,yet this one got lost somehow.It sounds better than that other solo stuff he released.
