Alright my stupid favorite music store STILL doesn't have it in. This may be a silly question, but it was officially released in the US also, wasn't it? They told me if it has to be imported they won't get it til the end of the week, but if it was released here they would have had it today. Now why didn't they have it?? I'm going to keep bugging them everyday til it's in!!!

Carrie: Yeah, it came out today! Maybe you should try Best Buy. I bet they'll have it and a lot cheaper than your mom and pop shop. It came out in Europe yesterday and should be in every record store everywhere! I hope you find it.

I would be more concerned with supporting Bjork with first week sales and satisfying my own curiosity. How long have we been waiting for this very day? Seems like forever. Did you pick up the greatest hits at least? I just got done listening to all of Family Tree and making a back-up copy of it. It rules! Especially the strings cds. They're all completely reworked, rearranged versions. The demo of The Modern Things is a highlight too. I love her so much!

I just picked up both. I had to do some major searching, though. Seems Bjork isn't too big in this town.

Wait til you hear the Strings discs of Family Tree Ian. You're gonna flip your lid!

Not true. All of the strings versions (9 songs), The Modern Things, Generous Palmstroke, Birthday, Mamma, Fuglar, It's In Our Hands and a few others are all unreleased versions. And they're all great. Plus, many of the released tracks sound remastered. I think the 3" cds are cool.
