Three things to worry about before trying to confirm if this is true, Who wrote the aforementioned comment, where are the recordings and when did all of this happen? That looks like a myspace profile page, it could be a fake and a weak smear campaign against Cyndi, why, I don't know ? I erring on the side of this being FAKE until proven otherwise.

Someone needs to brush up on their photoshop skills; the darkened area around the text which differentiates from the white background are a dead giveaway this is nothing more than a hoax.

This image has appeared in several forums. I've searched for the so called taping an d I found nothing. I believe this may be an hoax.

I agree. The fact that there is nothing specific cited speaks volumes! I know Cyndi isn't the biggest star anymore but when a total bas been like Lauren Hutton said something that was assumed to be anti gay, people rightfully jumped all over her (for the first time in years...she hasn't aged well!). Cyndi just appeared on Howard Stern and talked a lot about gay issues. I don't think this tour (along with the dance pop album) is some kind of self serving thing. Sure, it helps her out a bit that kind of sell records and tickets but you can't do something like that if you're heart is not into it.

Not to get into the Donna Summer stuff too much, which I believe was a quote or two taken out of context combined with people exaggerating the rumors with blatant lies, but at the time this was coming out, her music was probably getting less gay friendly, which maybe added fuel to the fire. Cyndi is if anything embracing her status as a gay icon and doing something slighly out of her comfort zone (not sure if it works, yet). Just knowing her from her Stern interviews, she strikes me as someone that is 100% genuine. Don't have to liek her her, but you can't argue with her heart.
