I know I'm REEEEEEEEALLY LATE but...I didn't realize MADONNA'S.... Song HUMAN NATURE not only shares mj's song title, but the main lead line melody.
I been bumping this song for years, but i just noticed!

the main one. give them both a listen
the synth line in madonna's song and the guitar line in mikes...are very similar- altho in a slightly different key

that is all U know what? I never noticed either but u are right. That loud west coast keyboard line is the same as the opening keys in human Nature...at least not in the same chord but played the same way Straight Jacket Funk Affair
