I'm already familiar with the big names of Afrobeat and Jazz/Funk like Fela and King Sunny Adé. And of course there was that nice attempt by the Talking Heads called "Remain in Light". But are there any other artists that I should check out? Or can you recommend me some CD's or something? I wanna get down to the funky, polyrhythmic sounds of my peoples!
