Wasn't this song written by Rod Temperton? It reminds me of the 'Thriller' material.....sounds alot like "Baby Be Mine".

Damn, I must be getting old. I remember vividly my mom buying Bodies and Souls in '83 because of that song and Mystery (later covered by Anita Baker) was on that album.

It uses the same chords as MJ's. I have always thought this myself. Also, Stevie, plays harmonica on the track as well.

Yep, Rod wrote this smile


I knew it lol This album contains another song that Rod wrote...."Mystery" which was later covered by Anita Baker.I heard that he originally offered it to Michael for the 'Thriller' album.
