No, it was parked in front of where I live.. the Avenue is under some construction so whoever it was ignored the "do not enter" sign then took off my whole driver's side headlights trying to turn around. It's just shitty. I would NEVER "hit and run". Leave me a note under my windshield wiper or something. There's no way the offender didn't notice either.. the whole light was dangling from its wires off the front of my car and the vehicle corner was empty. | |
