Musicians - What the hell kind of time signature is this? Just heard this on Youtube for the first time, and the timing's strange. Is it just the drums giving it the unusual feel or is the whole time signature unusual?

It's definitely 3/4 but I think there's a bar of 5/4 in the beginning before the main groove kicks in. | |

Yeah, I recognize it now. Maybe it's the drummer playing the snare drum on the second beat of the bar that makes it feel different to me.
