Recommend me a George Benson album. I bought I Got A Lady & Some Blues (dug it).
Then I got a nasty Arif Mardin produced album from the 80s (which was like a reject Lionel Ritchie album). Any recommendations?

If you're interested in George Benson "the guitarist"...
...A few pre-80s releases that I like. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

His 1976 'Breezin' album is a masterpiece.I also dig his 1980 Quincy Jones-produced album 'Give Me The Night' (easily the best of his 80s pop/R&B albums).
