I think she has to have some sort of dysmorphic disorder to go to such lengths at changing her appearance. And since she doesn’t have vitiligo how has her skin tone changed? Somewhere, somehow bleaching cream exists.

Well, there's definitely bleaching cream out there. And not just the over the counter stuff. You can get powerful prescription bleaching creams that will take the pigment right out of your skin.
My mom's a doctor, and when we were younger, my friends and I use to look through her Physician's Reference book for different drugs and I remember seeing the bleaching creams.
Hopefully, Lil Kim won't go any further with her transformation, but if she's gone this far, she probably will.

I have skin peels all the time, they do not do that to your skin. She's definitely using some kind of industrial strength bleaching agent.

Not so much hurt. Depending on the strength, the type of peel and how sensitive your skin is, they can range from a slight tingle to a burning sensation. They just brush this stuff on your face and let it stay on a few minutes. It's not instant, so, over the next few days your skin will peel. If it's REALLY strong, like the kind I get a few times a year, your skin peels a LOT, kinda like a molting reptile. But, it's a good way to get rid of any scars, like from acne, all at once.
