One of my favorite summer tunes. I love the syncopation on the handclaps during the bass/drum part toward the end. The whole song is catchy, but the keyboards are dreamy.

I recently just heard for the first time the original Stiff Records version of "We Got The Beat". I like it more than the rerecording. x 2

Since the original version of "We Got The Beat" is on Stiff Records, naturally it sounds more punk and is not as polished as the I.R.S. recording.

It has the original Stiff Records version of "How Much More"!

It is just rawer but not drastically different. Nice enough difference to notice and enjoy though.
