Yep, at Starplex. The audience didn't even clap. shake I HATE when that happens it's so awkward. confused neutral He sang over a track, and of course sounded worse live than on the recording which ain't hard to do. He had the requisite 4 half-nekkid chicks to detract from the fact that he ain't shit. In short, Hot Ass MESS.

Yeah, had the heavy guitar in the break. I've never heard the whole song so I don't know if this is the regular version or not. But he was definitely trynta to channel Prince. I was baffled, shocked, and embarassed for his ass. disbelief

These non-talented assholes think they doing something new too. And the thing is young audience members probably think that they ARE talented. And when you have to bring scantily-clad women and you suck, then that's proof that he doesn't belong, lol.

Off the chain, and I'm not a Mary fan. Love her songs, hate her hollering, I mean, singing live. But the stage production was awesome, they had strings, horns, 2 drummers. Mary was really good, not as annoying as I thought she'd be. But, Jay got off! nod So many of his songs lend themselves well to live instruments and most of the arrangements were simply bangin'! His drummer killed it on Show Me What You Got. I'd see that shit again. I got tix that morning from a friend and ended up on the 6th row. Great show!

...too bad his album is total heat, and I hate to admit it.

It's been on repeat since I d'loaded it. It's all about the production and the arrangement of each song. He can't sing to save his life but sometimes that's only part of the equation.
...extraordinarily opinionated...wink
