Cool new band called The Black Kids 
Well, actually they've been around since last year, and have been working hard ever since. Seriously, they've been touring non-stop, recording music, and getting their name out there the best way they can. They've especially become popular in Europe, but it seemed like they came from out of nowhere. Actually, Jacksonville, Florida. But now they're the new darlings of Indie Rock. Funny name too, since 3 of them are white. 
I can really say that they have a sound that's pretty special, but it does sound pretty groovy. Kinda like The Cure at their happiest and most energetic. Very catchy, poppy, bits of electro, and definitely an Indie Punk edge. Looks like the hipsters have some new folks to look up to. Black doesnt always refer to skin colour you know? The middle one doesnt look black either. | |

I love that we have a gorgeous promo shot but no music link. One thing I can't stand about indie bands is all the preening and "fashion". | |

Assuming they don't suck and are not a bunch of jerks, I like the cheeky band name. Anyone remember the hip hop crew called Young Black Teenagers, all of them white? Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

I heard there new single on Radio 1 a couple of times this week and It's great.
