Yeah a lot of his clothes are tacky as hell, but he wouldn't be Michael Jackson without the over the top clothing. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ

That's true. It would be hard to imagine MJ looking the way he did had Thriller not top Off the Wall. 100-some million copies of an album (allegedly) and you'll wanna dress different too.

Which means that he thought it was so stylish that when he saw a similar one, he just had to have it. [Edited 5/24/08 12:32pm] It's almost the same though [img] [Edited 5/24/08 14:16pm] almost the same but it isnt (i didnt make this picture ) With Love there is no Death

But then he'd just be another washed up middle aged performer who'd probably never leave his house again. It's more fun this way.

Nice, even though I can understand only half what he says. It´s nice to see him again. That "shhhh" reminds me of London fan party. Half of the people were yelling and the other half went "shhh" cause we couldn´t hear a word. BTW who´s that Christian Audigier? I don´t wanna start another thread on this, but I just came across this video. It´s a mix of Dangerous album, but I think a very good one. Check it out. michael looks okay, but last year his clothes were cooler (leather and stuff). please not again those ugly disney-uniforms!
it's funny he wears that and still seems to think it's stylish as hell!! but hey . why shouldn't he wear the same shirt twice? do YOU wear different clothes every day? or do YOu wear your clothes just once? i can't get why stars are supposed to wear different things every time they go out!

The difference probably is, that Janet-Xone is better moderated! jj.com is NOT moderated, and trolls breed there. Why is this so hard to understand? I've read both forums for years, I think I know what I'm talking about.

Well, then you haven't read enough! There are moderators... they're lazy, but they exist! I've visited that site enough times since 2001... I know what I'm talking about... never stayed on there long though!

YES even prince has to admit that michael is a GENIUS... and NO one can accomplish what michael has... it won't happen ever... so there is nothing to be jealous of.. and who cares anyways.... its NOT like we are getting the money... so who cares how many albums or number 1's an artist has... just enjoy the music you like

^^^ just when i thought that he might actually have stopped the 'disguise' thing he comes out and does it twice in 2 days, i just dont understand him sometimes (okay most the time) he has some really nice photos taken and the papers dont even take the piss or at least the article i saw in the UK basically said he was back and how he had a good reception at the party and then he goes and shoves a black scarf on his head and wears 2 pairs of glasses i do wonder if he has anyone that isnt scared to turn around and say michael you do know you look a tad stupid wearing a scarf and 2 pairs of sunglasses i personally think the first picture of him in the book store would have been quite a good picture if it had been minus the accessories
though i am still more happy to see these pictures of michael than janets album With Love there is no Death

Ellie said: Just A Little While was a big fat flop getting to 15, which is pretty crap for any single that's been promoted by the artist which she did. Janet hasn't had a Top 10 hit in the UK since 2001. OK, maybe that AWFUL Beenie Man song a couple of years later. The fact that the re-re-release of Billie Jean from the Visionary series was more successful than any Janet single from her last 3 albums speaks volumes.
I don't get what's to be jealous of, especially since she has fans who memorise meaningless first week sales figures. Like what's the point of weighing up Damita Jo beating janet's first week sales when it dropped off immediately whilst janet hung around the top for years? honestly WHO cares about the UK... all they do is copy the USA... and they do a terrible job at it too.. second of all... ITS YOUR OPINION that "just a little while" was a bad song.. but within seconds upon hearing the song.. i loved it.. and still one of my fave janet songs... how can you like the the crap on the radio and half of that boring music from the UK.. but yet call janet's song "JALW" a flop... it doesn't make sense.. you seem very bias anyways....

Amy whine house songs sound just like motown rejects... and rnb doo wop from the 60's... SO she did copy the US... but just from another time period.. well if you are going back to different time periods i will point out the USA hasnt exist for that long in reality and music existed before then so anything the USA has produced originally came from somewhere else Jazz - early jazz had stong links to African tribal musical traditions then later it took aspects of european dance music and spiritual hymns and slowly developed to what it is today Hip Hop - the roots can be found in West African music in the works of Griots who were traveling singers and poets this style then later became popular on the East coast of the USA Funk - has its roots in West African musical traditions, and the earliest expression can be found in spirituals, work chants/songs, praise shouts, Country - brought by immigrants to the USA, especially the Irish, Germans, Italians, Spanish and English using numerous traditional instruments from these countries such as the fiddle, banjo and mandolin Rapping - is derived from the griots (folk poets) of West Africa, and Jamaican-style toasting. It also has precedents in traditional Celtic music so in reality the Americans are all copying something from a different time era silly how some people seem to think music didnt exist before America started making music . spelling [Edited 5/26/08 17:33pm] With Love there is no Death
