Didn't Rick write that song about actress Linda Blair? Either way it's a great song, one of my faves by him. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

A Slick Rick Cut where he started to introduce techno Funk into the mix.

Love this one! And, yes, about Linda Blair. He saw cold-blooded as a compliment. Linda sure loved those rock star Ricks. First Springfield (when she was 15-years-old), then James.

I stay playin my cassette! Mine just arrived yesterday. I got it used for like $9 on amazon. I really want the CD but can't find anything under $150, so I got it on Vinyl instead. My cassette wore out years ago. In fact there are 5 used for sale right now ranging from $10 to $15. . [Edited 5/16/08 13:12pm] "Always blessings, never losses......"

Didn't realize the CD went for that much. You KNOW something needs to be re-released when the market price (demand) is that high.

It was his last good song. His last good album was street songs. Throwin' down was just a musical cheap rehash of street songs.
