What do you guys think the most funny and bizarre musical group on a Childrens Programme cartoon was. I can think of many like, The Sugar Bears, Banana Splits, Fat Albert, Jem and the Holograms, the Misfits

But the funniest has to be Evolution revolution that featured on Lancelot Link secret chimp, an exploitative show made up of a cast of live chimpanzees from the very early 70s, who wore flower power wigs and played (ie banged) instruments along to some overdubbed muzak. The performers were juvenile chimpanzees introduced by an ape dressed like Ed Sullivan. Even funnier was Lancelot link got secret encoded messages in each song!!!! Watching it is hilarious. Do any of you ahve any of their songs or any other weird groups from the time.
