MTV Commercial (Regarding Minneapolis)

Has anyone here by chance caught a commercial airing on the titled aforementioned station that features, presumably, a Latin hip-hop duo from Minneapolis speaking on it's music scene?

They claimed that Minneapolis never made much of an impact culturally for it's sound, and that it's pretty hard for the city to define it's own with artist either being eastern or westernly influenced (with a few who are a mesh of a little bit of everything).

Of course, you know who and you know what era instantly came to mind; but it was pretty interesting to see artist of the same area deny or underplay what can be considered a significant soundscape.
