British popwreck Amy Winehouse has been arrested for alleged possession of a controlled drug. No, no, no!

Winehouse went to a London police station this afternoon at around 1:00 PM for a scheduled meeting and was questioned regarding alleged drug offenses. At the conclusion of the meeting, Amy was arrested.

According to The Sun, Amy was popped over a video they ran of her allegedly smoking crack and snorting cocaine.

On April 25, Amy was arrested for suspicion of assault for allegedly headbutting a man outside a London bar. She was released the next day and given a formal caution.

A rep for Winehouse tells TMZ, "Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment. She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is co-operating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to police earlier this year."

somebody please hand her that overdose already.....I'm getting tired of this shit!

This is not a new case, this stems from the tape that surfaced a while back of her smoking crack

First of all, locking up people with addictions doesnt help, its only worked once and that was with Robert Downey Jr. and he did real time, i doubt anyone today would get a "sentence" and to a "real prison" like he did, but still thats not a way to deal with "health" issues, unless your high and driving or endangering others than Jail shouldnt be involved.

And second, can we stop over blowing her freaking talent already. Im tired of people having one album and being put on pedastols by media and magazines, its all bullshit.

What I want to know is how has it come to be acceptable for people to photographed in their backyards on their own property...? That's waaaay too invasive to me.

I for the record, am doing all my office work on my terrace today to organize a production: tonight I'll be going out and attempting to look cute, but for right now...? I'm barefoot, no make-up, unkempt hair with chopticks in it, wearing jeans, a wrinkled swing top and some leopard print sunglasses ...if somebody photographed me right now I'd probably come out looking jacked up too...I dunno,but I think the time needs to come soon when people should be left to live in their private space, without a million of us interjecting every time the (uninvited) press gives us a 'look-see' to watch them picking boogers...
