A woman is set to testify at R. Kelly's upcoming child pornography trial, revealing that she had a threesome with Kelly and the allegedly underage girl shown in the infamous video.

Sources tell the Chicago Sun-Times that the new witness will not only testify that she was underage when she had the threesome with Kelly -- but that the other girl involved is the exact same person who is now identified as the alleged victim.

Prosecutors claim to have identified the girl in the videotape -- who is now in her 20s. She denies it's her on the tape. She will take the stand in the trial as well.

Jury selection for the trial begins Friday. Both sides declined to comment, citing a gag order in the case.

Something tells me, that if anything was going to have happened to R. Kelly over that incident, it would have happened long before now. I don't quite understand what the deal is exactly, but I don't think he's going to be suffering any consequences (not here on earth, anyway) as a result of his actions.

Hate to say it but I agree with PDogz. This case has been going on for years without any type of results. The public still loves this man and his music and it's pretty much water under the bridge for him.

The courts have pretty much thrown this case out. R's going to have deal with this when he meets his maker.

These women will get FRIED on cross examination. The moment I read the State of Illinois wanted to bring in the Aaliyah situation, I knew that their case was weak against him. I'm not saying that he's innocent, but this is a weak case. They have to prove that Kelly knew they were underage. Their reputations, not Kelly's, will be put on blast in court. Unless they can prove that Kelly was a serial predator and pursued these girls while they were in middle school, it's a wrap.

Again, I'm not saying that R Kelly is innocent, but this isn't a rape case, this isn't a child molestation case, if it was, he would have been in Menard by now. The way to know if this case will be easy to prosecute is to know what is the defense of R Kelly, if he says that it's not him on the video or the pictures, or he's never met any of these girls, it's a slam dunk.

How many times have you heard stories about little girls lying about their age, using fake IDs, some dressing and looking as if they're 20 years old, in order to get into clubs, hanging out with older guys; celebrities, athletes, etc., getting married, etc. I'm not saying that it's the girls' fault, but these questions will come up in trial. This is a child porn trial, not statutory rape, sexual battery, abuse, etc. The video must show that, she looked 14 and she scared and inexperienced, and Kelly was in teaching her and showing her what to do. This case is going to be tough.

I don't think this stuff is going to be a factor here because she is the niece of one of his artists, Sparkle, with whom he was having a relationship with. He knew that girl and her family. So it's not like this is some random 14 year old he met on the street posing to be older. Sparkle is supposed to be cooperating so she should be able to corroborate that he knew that girl and how old she was.

It's like; she was laying there in Kelly's puddle, he hands her some cash, she takes it and says thank you, and next thing you know she's tasting Kelly's rooster. A woman is set to testify at R. Kelly’s upcoming child pornography trial that she had a three-way sexual encounter with Kelly and the alleged underage girl.

The 41-year-old R&B superstar is accused of videotaping himself having sex with a girl estimated to be 13 or 14. He has pleaded not guilty. Jury selection is set to begin Friday.

As part of the case, prosecutors claim to have identified the girl in the videotape. This alleged victim is now in her 20s. Kelly’s lawyers plan to argue — and the alleged victim will reportedly testify — that she is not the girl in the tape.

But the prosecution’s new witness could undermine that defense, since she will identify the girl, sources with knowledge of the matter told the Chicago Sun-Times. In addition, the witness is expected to say the girl was underage at the time of their encounter.

“She was involved in a threesome with [the girl] and R. Kelly,” one source said.

Prosecutors and defense lawyers declined to comment, citing a gag order in the case.

The witness’ testimony was among the evidence discussed in secret hearings last month before Judge Vincent Gaughan. The judge, citing concerns about pretrial publicity, closed the hearings to the public and put multiple court filings under seal.

The Kelly case has been pending since June 2002, when the R&B star was indicted on multiple counts of child pornography. It has been delayed repeatedly, but lawyers and courthouse personnel expect it will finally begin May 9.

Kelly faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
