and 2002’s Invincible still showed sparks of greatness.

I'm so glad someone finally admits Invincible was kickass. Even if the did get the year wrong. And they got his genius zenith wrong. It's not Thriller. It's HIStory.

LOL @ Eminem. Apart from beating Elvis, MJ, Prince, Stevie, JB and a whole lot of people he shouldn't even have dinner with, I find it amusing that he beat Dre, who is really the brains behind everything he's ever done.

This list is WACK.

Agree.

First of all, the list is out of order. Secondly, there are some names that don't belong on that list at all. Thirdly, where in the hell is Quincy Jones?!?

Anytime a list of the greatest rock geniuses of all time, or GENIUSES period, and they leave off Ray Charles, totally disregard the entire list. Because you can't even start a list of rock/popular music geniuses without mentioning his name first.

You understand, vocally, arranging, producing, writing, owning his own masters and publishing. And nowhere to be found on the list. Bullshit

Interesting. According to these guys Madonna and Kirt Cobain are bigger "geniuses" than James Brown and Prince. Now, I don't advocate terrorism in any way, shape or form, but if anyone lives near Blender's offices and happens to know where to get a bomb..... well, you know what to do. wink
