He specifically SAID he only got this pissed because they dissed the OTHER acts too. They are his friends, you know. And he's RIGHT - why can't they just sit back and enjoy themselves? Why do they have to nitpick a concert for fucks sake? ALSO he never said "kill yourself" I'm looking at his blog entry RIGHT NOW and there's no "kill yourself" there. Someone's lying! Ummmm. . . cuz that's their jobs. He must've edited it cuz it was there this morning, I checked his site directly after Jboogiee posted it. And his response was initially about him being offended that they rated him a B+ his mentioning of the other acts was secondary. Furthermore, why would ANYBODY have to lie on Kanye's triflin' ass. He does enough stupid, tacky shit in his own right that no one has to sit up and conjure up falsehoods.  So you defend this statement?
BTW, if you read the comments on his own site, one of the "fans" posted that they removed the comment. [Edited 5/3/08 23:00pm] Alright, well, he must have added it, deleted it, RE ADDED it then deleted it for good because I saw the blog before any media reported on it and the comment wasn't there so clearly he's been indecisive about whether to keep it there or not
I never said anyone had to lie about his shows, but really, the reviewer hardly commented on the show, just chose to focus again on Kanye's ego. We get it! He can be self centered, big whoop, old news. WATCH THE PERFORMANCE. Just relax! I know he probably should too but hey, he does when he's on stage Plus, you'll see by his blog he's just a very determined guy - he said it himself - "It's either A plus or F minus for me".
Once again I say, this is a self motivational strategy for Kanye that he's developed. Anyone's whos listened to more than his singles would see an ENTIRELY different, and incredibly insecure and unsure, young man trying to achieve as much as he can. Yes, he tells it to your face. But I find it refreshing. | |
