MICHAEL JACKSON ALBUM Survivor Round 3 Ok y,all the last round did quite well vote wise. We had a tight competition and all agreed Off the Wall was a good album, but not good enough so off it goes.

Yes, DSTYGE is one of the best songs he's ever recorded. But the album has a lot more filler than albums like Bad, Dangerous and Thriller. Girlfriend is just utter dross, It's The Falling In Love is blandness personified and I Can't Help It is boring. | |

All of 'Bad' is more dated than side A of OTW, therefore 'Bad' is neither as good or as classic. Alot of people think songs like 'Smooth Criminal' is repetitive crap. 'Dangerous' has pukifying garbage, filler songs like 'Heal The World' and 'Gone too soon'. Off the Wall and Thriller have no whiney 'woe is me' type songs too. |

Although I personally love those songs, I can see why you think "It's The Falling In Love" and "Girlfriend" are bland. Those songs are definitely on the cheesy side, but I think his voice is fantastic in both and I like the melody in both songs. But "I Can't Help It is boring" though? HA! That's one of my least faves of his. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.
