I'm not a big fan of Mariah at all. But I don't see what the big deal about signing autographs is? I don't care about getting an autograph, what matters to me is an artist releases good music and gives great live shows. I don't see why an artist is required to give me personal attention. If artists gave every fan personal attention, they'd never get anything done. It's easy to judge someone but who knows why Mariah left the autograph signing session. Maybe she had something important to attend to. Don't judge until you walk in someone's shoes. I SO agree with this statement.... Why should she do what all the others do? Hard Candy is the very reason why Prince does not need this type of outside production involvement. I've listened to the new album only a few times and maybe it will grow on me a bit more but my initial reaction to the cd is dull and lifeless. Her delivery of the songs sound so uninspired and weak.

This cd is really growing on me. Sounds like Pharrel and Madonna had a good time.Incredible is my favorite.Last two tracks are my least favorite.Overall the cd seems very experimental to me. | |

Wow I couldn't disagree more, I think it's one of her most exciting CDs, it has so many hooks that even my least favourites ("Heartbeat" & "Spanish Lesson") have something catchy to offer that I keep coming back to them! By the way, on Madonna forums it's common to battle Pharrell's & Timbaland's tracks against each other, but I can't really choose which of them I prefer, I think they fit together so well. It's not like Music where one producer completely overshadowed the other one. | |

maybe it's because i'm a fan. but on this picture she doesn't look like any mum! she looks hot. her skin is beautiful (the lights, make-up etc) make her look like 30, maximally! | |

Man I don't know whats wrong with me but I think the favourite 'Miles Away' is bland and boring and one of my least favourites, and the hated song 'Spanish Lesson' is one of my favourites, I love it, it's very fun, and the lyrics are nowhere near as bad as the lyrics on 'She's Not Me' or 'Candy Shop'.
I absolutely love 'Heartbeat', 'Beat Goes On', 'Dance Tonight', 'Spanish Lesson' and 'Voices', and I like Pharrells voice on the songs he sings on, I think they go well togther, he really adds to the tracks. 'The Devil Wouldn't Recognize You' and '4 Minutes' really grew on me from thinking of them as just typical timbaland songs. Those songs make it better than Confessions for me. 'Incredible', 'Give it to Me', 'She's not Me', 'Candy Shop' and 'Miles Away' are good but average, I don't really care for them but can still listen to them.
