Ronnie Laws and Larry Dunn ...
Ronnie Laws was in Earth wind and Fire for a hot second--he played sax in the group in 73-74, and recorded on their "Last Days and Time" album, before breakin' out for a solo career in '75... While on his own, he regularly got musical input from EWF keyboardist Larry Dunn as well as ex- EWF guitarist Roland Bautista, (Bautista bailed from EWF about the same time as Ronnie, released a couple of solo albums before rejoining EWF in the early 80's) Here's a few tracks with that Larry Dunn/EWF feel on the keys: Stay Awake Young Child Every Generation Big Stars ...
