 the album is finished- they will start promoting it next Tuesday- he's gonna do a series of commercials for it that will only air on B.E.T. - and yes the curl is back but it's in a short afro. the title of the album is a surprise and he's touring with his sister Janet- which is why she waited until the fall and all the dates for her tour haven't been announced
